By popular demand we are bringing back the Sound Healing Sound Bath meditations and well-being practices with use of singing bowls, gong, flute, chimes, didgeridoo, drums and other various musical instruments by yours truly, Crispin Barrymore and Special Guest, Jimmi wZ.

Sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits including a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems.
