Soothing Sound Bath with Crispin Barrymore and friends every 1st Fridays and Saturdays monthly starting 5:30-6:15 pm. Limited Seating.
Join us and experience the soothing effects of sound bath meditations and well-being practices at @legacyartsb✨
Explore how through the use of sound bowls, gong, flute, didgeridoo, and other various musical instruments, sound baths not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits including a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems.
