Join us from 5-8 PM to celebrate the much-anticipated reception for award-winning Jewish-born artist Irma Cavat. Explore her powerful works and learn about her influential career as a pioneering member of the UCSB art department.
Live SOUL Music:
• 6-7 PM - Experience the soulful sounds of RonParis, a legendary performer who has shared the stage with The Platters and the Jackson Five. He’ll be accompanied by Julie Carlson on keyboard, a pianist who made the transition from classical music to R&B and soul.
Music WITHOUT BORDERS:
• 8-9 PM - Enjoy a special performance by Crispin Barrymore, composer, multi-instrumentalist and former Music Ambassador to the United Nations and Jimmi Wz, an amazingly gifted musician with a varied resume bringing you a unique blend of multi-instrumental artistry.
